Don’t trust a skinny chef! If you meet James, you know what I meant. Growing up in Hong Kong foods was abundant and was source of inspiration and happiness! Coming to USA at 16 working at his mother’s restaurant was his weekend job! Since then except 16 years of Cooperate job, James has never been far from cooking, either in business or at friends’ parties.

I always enjoy my visit at James’ restaurant whenever I go to Columbia. I can always tell that he cares about his customers and prepares the dishes with full attention to detail. I sure missed going to his restaurant and dishes he made.

I had the pleasure of eating Chinese food at a friend of mine that invited me to a luncheon. The Chef James Lowe cooks the food right in your own house and WOW was it delicious. We had a choice of six different dishes but I took a little of each dish. I loved all of it but the pork dish awesome. It’s so cool because he cooks it in your home and it’s the best. So invite your friends for a lovely party with your own private Chef. Authentic Chinese cooking. Thanks to my friend Donna for a great time.
